"The engine is a YB 2.0lt DOHC 16V Turbo factory standard with no mods. The car sees 274hp on the dyno, butcan be stage 5 tuned to exceed 700+ BHP. Most Cossy owners go for the stg3 upgrade which gives her up to 380bhp for approx $2000.

"But I am happy to keep her standard, she pulls strongly and drives very well. The interior has factory Recaro seats in two-tone grey velour. This is a pleasure to drive and, in my opinion, easily better than any of the current or older Ford GT's.

"As a youngster in the 80's I watched guys like Dicky and Moffat and even Brocky drive these rockets around Bathurst. Thinking to myself 'one day I will have a Sierra'. That day came four years ago.

"I wanted a three-door Sierra, but, after driving one, opted for the four-door as the handling & performance is noticeably better.

"So she was rolled out of the in-laws garage in London and put in a container and shipped here.

"It does not get driven as much as I would like, but when it's on the street it turns everyone's head.

"I was lucky enough to be invited to do some laps at last years Townsville 400 V8 event.

"That is where she feels at home, the car has a thoroughbred racing pedigree."
