1. Instructions on ‘How to Enter’ form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand, other than employees of ACP Magazines Ltd, ABN 18 053 273 546, and their associated agencies and families.
3. Competition opens 07.01.10 and closes 29.06.10. Entry is by cutting out and sending in the original coupons available in Unique Cars magazine. Entry by coupon will receive 10 chances to win. Entries to be sent to Unique Cars Win the Project H.O. Competition, Locked Bag 12 Oakleigh VIC 3166. Entry will also be available via the Unique Cars website www.uniquecarsmag.com.au. One free entry is available online. Only one entry is allowed per person per residency or email address. Entry is also open to Australian and New Zealand residents who subscribe or renew their subscriptions to Unique Cars magazine between 07.01.10 and 29.06.10 (for a minimum period of 12 months). All current and valid subscriptions will automatically receive 100 free entries in the prize draw. Entry is subject to the correct use of a valid credit card or, if payment is made by cheque, the cheque must be cleared by payment by the closing date of the promotion. 4. All entries become the property of the Promoter Trader Classifieds a Division of ACP Magazines Ltd, 73 Atherton Road Oakleigh. VIC 3166, and may be used in future marketing promotions. The promoter takes no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
5. Entries close 29.06.10, at 11.59am AEST. The draw will take place at Storacall Technology LTD T/a X-on, Level 20, Tower A, The Zenith, 821 Pacific Highway, Chatswood, NSW, 2067 on 15th July 2010 at 11:00am.
6. The first valid draw from all entries received will win a 1971 Ford Falcon GT HO (tribute), valued at $125,000. The prize includes delivery within Australia and on road costs (12 months insurance and registration). Total prize valued at $125,000. The winner will be notified by post on 15.07.10 and have his/her name published in The Australian Newspaper on sale 20.07.10.
7. The judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any change in the value of the prize occurring between 07.01.10 and the date the prize is claimed. The prize is not transferable, redeemable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated address (within Australia) within 28 days of the draw. The Promoter is not responsible for delivery to New Zealand.
9. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 the car will be registered in the name of the winner’s parent or legal guardian. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any mechanical, body or paint repairs from the date and time of delivery.
10. The Promoter may conduct such further draws to the original draw as are necessary on 16.10.10 at 11am in order to distribute any prizes which remain unclaimed by that date. In the event of any winner in the unclaimed prize draw, his/her name will be published in The Australian 18.10.10. This re-draw will take place at Storacall Technology LTD T/a X-on, Level 20, Tower A, The Zenith, 821 Pacific Highway, Chatswood, NSW, 2067.
11. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or inconsequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner (and companion) may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
