TIMS provides access to your Trading account 24/7 and is a one-stop self service facility which allows you to check your account balance, reprint invoices and statements, and pay your account on-line. 
TIMS also provides a Message facility which allows you lodge any account discrepancies or advertising disputes online.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

The use of TIMS is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Trader Classifieds reserves the right:

1. To withhold all advertising if your account is more than 14 days overdue
2. To deliver documents via TIMS, by email containing a link to TIMS, by email as an attachment, or by fax
3. To deliver overdue notices via TIMS, by email containing a link to TIMS, by email as an attachment, or by fax
4. To charge a fee for payment by credit card (rate may vary from time to time)
5. To charge a late fee where invoices are more than 14 days overdue (fee may vary from time to time)
6. To charge a fee where documents are required to be sent by surface post where the documents are available via TIMS (charge may vary from time to time)
7. To charge a fee for copies of documents that have to be manually processed, where the documents are available via TIMS (charge may vary from time to time)
8. To charge a fee for the manual processing of payments where the customer does not use TIMS for payment. (charge may vary from time to time)
   The customer is responsible for the maintenance of their preferred delivery method. Trader Classifieds does not accept responsibility for non receipt of documents due to incorrect or missing information and Trader Classifieds will not reattempt delivery of documents. It is the customer’s responsibility to access the portal and regularly check their account status.  Trader Classifieds cannot be held responsible if advertising is withheld due to non receipt of documents or non payment of account.
